Celebrate Mother's Day in the most delicious way, with Brunch at the Highlands Ranch Mansion on Sunday May 10th. Treat your mom to a fantastic buffet at the Mansion with a special spread of favorites. To begin, visit our station of starters including our strawberry feta salad, deviled eggs, fresh fruit & berries, Mediterranean pasta salad, and our selection of fresh baked pastries.
Make your way to our station of omelets with options such as wild mushrooms, spinach, and Swiss cheese. Try our brown sugar maple French toast casserole and dive into our waffle bar with all the toppings.
Don't miss our seafood station with shrimp, oysters, and smoked salmon. Then pop by our carving station and enjoy Prime Rib, as well chicken with peach chutney and caramelized salmon with a balsamic reduction.
Our dessert station is complete with all of moms' favorites including our chocolate cake, carrot cake, tiramisu, mini cheesecakes, apple & pecan pies, and more!
Tickets include tax and gratuity. (Children 5 and under are FREE!)
(Bloody Marys, Mimosas, and Champagne will be available for purchase at your table.)
