Forkable U: Beginners Guide to Thanksgiving
Ever wanted to host your own Thanksgiving celebration, but been too afraid to try. Sure you can make a mean broiled chicken breast, but roasting a whole bird, let alone a turkey, can scare the stuffing out of anyone! Well fear no more!
In Beginners Guide to Thanksgiving, we'll give you a full overview of the ins and outs of roasting poultry including brineing, stuffing, seasoning and basting.
But you can't have Thanksgiving without mashed potatoes. We'll show you how to whip up the best mashers you've ever had.
...AND what's Thanksgiving without pie. This intro to pie pastry and filling will get you on your way.
So, after learning how to roast poultry, whip up potatoes and prepare a pie, I'm sure you'll get a bit hungry. So, we'll just have to our money where our mouth is and eat this food we've made! This class includes a full meal afterward. BYOB your drinks!
AND THATS NOT IT! One lucky student will be the recipient of a brand new Reston Lloyd Calypso Roaster Pan with Rack courtesy of Cookware.com!
