Chef Stark will demonstrate cooking methods and techniques associated with the quintessential Northwest food and Wes Cecil PhD. will provide a tour through the history and influence of this wild-harvested favorite. Specially designed courses will be served to let you taste the history and influence of the Salmon as it has been prepared and served around the world.
Craft wine and beer will be available.
