Basque Supper Club Dinner - Friday April 17th
For this Basque Supper club dinner, Chef Javier Canteras and Chef Ryan Spragg will be offering an innovative and modern 6 course Basque menu, paired with 3 Spanish wines. Inspired by the celebrated txokos in the Basque country of northern Spain. A txoko (Basque pronunciation: [choko) is typically a Basque type of closed gastronomical society. Traditionally they are made up of members who come together to cook, experiment with new ways of cooking, eat and socialize.
