Symphony Chorus of New Orleans and Singers of United Lands, SOUL, present this year's collaborative festival concert. Singers this year hail from Cameroon, Ecuador, Iran and Thailand.
After a week long residency of sharing musical education with the Delgado Community College Chorus, Isadore Newman School Choruses, Lusher Charter School Choruses, Ursuline Academy Choruses,and the Academy of Sacred Heart Chorus, SOUL joins with students and Symphony Chorus of New Orleans for a festival concert at The Academy of the Sacred Heart NIMS Center at 4521 St. Charles Ave., New Orleans. Pieces to be performed feature songs from all four countries!
