An Evening with Jacques Pepin a Fundraiser for The Culinary Trust

This year's Culinary Trust fundraising event will treat you to an inspired dining experience, panel interview and 80th birthday celebration with one of the most beloved chefs of our time, Jacques Pépin. The evening includes: Welcome wine reception and super silent auction
Small plates dine-around featuring several of DC's favorite chefs, who will present dishes inspired by the food, art and life of Jacques Pepin, and how his contributions to the culinary world helped them develop their own style. Guest chef presenters include José Andrés, Spike Mendelsohn (Good Stuff Eatery), Tim Ma (Water & Wall, Maple Ave), Marjorie Meek-Bradley (Ripple, Roofers Union), Caitlyn Dysart (2941), and Ris Lacoste (Ris), with more to be announced.
An intimate interview with Jacques Pépin, to include inspirational moments, favorite food experiences, Pépin's new and last television series, and his thoughts on the Future of Food. Special guest interviewers include Joe Yonan (Washington Post), Carla Hall (The Chew), and Jose Andres.
