Slow Food NYC: Snail of Approval Market Dinner at New Leaf
Join Slow Food NYC for a delectable meal at New Leaf, the esteemed New York Restoration Project restaurant and Snail of Approval awardee. Situated in picturesque Fort Tryon Park and headed by Executive Chef Scott Campbell, New Leaf curates its menu from the offerings available at local green markets, cooperative upstate farms and NYRP's various community gardens. The four-course meal will feature a selection of seasonal fare, with an optional two-course wine or beer pairing. This dinner is undoubtedly a highlight of the series and will certainly provide attendees the chance to indulge their "slow" palates.
