Time to take your game to the next level. No gimmicks. Straight talk. An yoga-centric interactive workshop to help integrate a mind-body practice with a M.A.D.E lifestyle. A special 2.5-hour workshop hosted by M.A.D.E. and facilitated by Anthony Ware, creator of Zen Doughboy and author of Flexibility Not Required.
Workshop: 1-3:30pm
No previous yoga or mindfulness experience required.
Clothing: Workout clothes or casual clothes
