TABLE COOKING CLASS SERIES PROUDLY PRESENTS Bubbles & Truffles with Chef Pierre Gignac
You will learn:
The technique and preparation of sumptuous chocolate truffles, using the finest of French and Belgian chocolates enhanced with fine liqueurs, fruits and spices.
The chocolate truffles tasting will be paired with a flight of delicious mousseux, wines and cordials.
You will get:
Select tastings of unique liquors and select sparkling wines.
Hands-on instruction, detailed recipes, and a box of truffles to take home to share (or not!). ____
Chef Pierre Gignac is known as a master of French cuisine. His amiable character and warm personality have helped him develop his reputation as a fantastic culinary instructor.
You will leave with new skills, delicious sweets and a a heart filled with joy!
*Class is open to adults 21 years of age or older. Proper ID is required at door.
Please come prepared to work with the chef. You will be provided with an apron. Class will begin promptly at 2pm.
