Three Approaches to Dream Work
In a sacred, safe, creative atmosphere, we'll share our dreams, using tools for interpreting our own unique dream language and symbology, including transpersonal psychology, expressive arts therapy modalities, and Hazrat Inayat Khan's Sufi teachings on dreams. With this rich material and Saphira's sensitive and experienced insight, we will start to see how our life's themes and essential soul qualities weave through our dreams from childhood to adulthood. The work will help each of us to become our most authentic selves.
