Learn how to make kefir, a fermented milk drink, plus homemade yogurt using cow and goat's milk!  Jordan Champagne of Happy Girl Kitchen Co. will be leading this probiotic-rich workshop where participants take home a pint each of yogurt and kefir, including enough kefir grains to start your own batch at home.
