Bacchus Laughter Presents: Impromedy with Miles K and Whiskey Tango
The gentlemen of Whiskey Tango practice long-form improvisational comedy. With a single suggestion, Whiskey Tango crafts an elaborate story using a self-designed format known as "The Tango". They find comedy with realism, relationships, storyand handsomeness. Whiskey Tango has performed at the Del Close Marathon, SF Sketchfest, Vancouver International Improv Festival, and the iO West LA Improv Festival.
In 2004 Los Angeles comedian Miles K was a high school dropout, living in an Airstream trailer, scrawling jokes on the wall with a sharpie. He is now a full time writer and comedian. He has performed at SF Sketchfest, The Laughing Skull Comedy Festival and the San Francisco Comedy and Burrito Festival as well as numerous clubs and colleges. His written work has been featured on the front pages of VICE, Reddit, College Humor, Uproxx, Yahoo, and MSN.
JoAnn Schinderle hails from the upper Midwest and has performed at Bumbershoot, Bridgetown Comedy Festival, SF Sketchfest, All Jane No Dick Comedy Festival, Out of Bounds Comedy Festival, as well as having won rounds 1 & 2 of Competitive Erotic Fan Fiction in Portland; JoAnn has been known to win crowds over with her pervy charm. JoAnn had the honor of opening for Lena Dunham on her 'Not That Kind of Girl' book tour in a sold out show at Portland's Newmark Theatre.
Jason Traeger is Portland's resident Renaissance Person in Chief. He paints. He photographs. He released music on Kill Rock Stars. He loves. Passionately. He comedies. His one-of-a-kind humor recently brought him to the finals of Portland's Funniest Person contest, the Time Based Art Festival, and he is an absolute delight.
