We're excited to announce a very special event, coming up on Sunday, January 11th.
Our very own Chef Karen Mcathy has been hard at work developing some amazing dairy-free, nut-based cheeses that are sure to make you declare "I can't believe it's not cheese!" - and then learn that in fact, it actually is.
The evening will feature a bit of history, a bit of education, and many treats for the palate, including cheese tastings, wine pairings from our extensive BC wine list, canapes, and a treat to take home. We'll also give you a $10 gift certificate that you may use if you stay with us for dinner, or on another occasion.
We've limited our guest list to 30 participants, to allow for a really hands-on, intimate experience.
