Butchery & Knife Skills with Dave the Butcher, Part III: Goat
For this final, and most advanced, class in UKSF & CUESA's Butchery Series, Dave the Butcher will lead the class in breaking down a whole goat. Participants will learn the anatomy of a goat and put their newly learned knife skills to use in butchering various cuts of meat. Students take home a boning knife, as well as the meat they butcher.
This is the third of a three-part knife skills series. Students who have taken Part I and/or Part II will be grouped with others in their skill level. They will also receive a discount for this class (email registration@urbankitchensf.com to obtain ticket code).
