Butchery & Knife Skills with Dave the Butcher, Part II: Lamb
UKSF's favorite butcher, Dave (the Butcher), is back for Part II of this three-part butchery and knife skills series. In this class, participants each receive and bone out their own leg of lamb. Students take home a boning knife, as well as the meat they butcher.
This is the second of a three-part knife skills series, and participants will have an opportunity to build on their knowledge in Part III: Goat. Students who have taken Part I: Chicken, will be grouped with others in their skill level for the remainder of the series and are eligible to receive a discount for this class (email registration@urbankitchensf.com for discount code). They will also receive a discount for future butchery classes.
