This is our way of describing our contemporary-upscale cooking that is thoughtfully put together using the highest quality ingredients sourced from as many local producers as possible. We combine flavors from America's melting pot with traditional techniques. We also include ethnic twists on old stand-bys, new and old world peasant dishes using American ingredients. Our chef is focused on using as many organic ingredients as possible and sourcing out the highest quality of ingredients with minimal impact on the environment.
