Vintimate Wine Dinner w/ DiStefano Winery
Join BOKA Kitchen + Bar Executive Chef Angie Roberts and DiStefano Winery for an intimate dinner at Hotel 1000. January's event with Whitman Cellars was a sellout success and we expect February to be even more popular.
Our Vintimate dinners are a simple format: take four dishes selected by the chef and pair them with 4 great wines from a Northwest wine maker. Serve in an intimate setting with limited spaces available and add in the chef and winemaker on-hand to discuss their offerings!
February's dinner will be held on the beautiful 4th floor Terrace at Hotel 1000, a steel and glass enclosed space with views of the city.
Price is $75 per person including tax and 18% gratuity.
