tasteBOKA - Truffle Class + Aged Rum Tasting
There are two components for this month's tasteBOKA.
1.Pastry Chef Jennifer Formaz will be teaching the art of truffle making- explaining step by step how to ensure the best tasting truffle for your sweetheart - or yourself, recipe cards to take home, and show how the truffles are finished/decorated having guests decorate their own truffles to take home in a special box provided by BOKA.
2. In-house mixologist Mi-Suk Ahn will lead the aged rum tasting with 3 aged rums to taste that pair quite nicely with the handmade gourmet truffles.
