Burnt Out Records is pupil run record label and live music promotions agency based in Penicuik High School, and have been operating since 2007. We regularly arrange gigs for artists from within the school and from the community and hold them in our venue - The Music Hub. Our aim is to bring a large variety of music to the community and provide local artists with a platform to perform, alongside working with professional musicians. A diverse range of artists have performed in The Music Hub: Blue Rose Code, Sophie Bancroft, Nina Nesbitt, James Grant, Emily Burns, Zoë Bestel, No Quarter and many more.
