Going on its 9th year, this live music festival features local bands playing tributes to classic and contemporary rock and country bands.

Spend Memorial Day Weekend on the shores of Lake Hartwell.
Be serenaded by live bands, tempting aromas of food and drink trucks, browse retail vendors, and make memories with the free activities. All overlooking the emerald waters of Lake Hartwell.
Visit Hartwell, Ga this Memorial Day Weekend where you can dine, shop, and play. With the Cars and Guitars Festival downtown in the morning and the music festival in the afternoon, this will be an amazing holiday-weekend event!
Live music begins at 1:00 p.m. Bring the family, some chairs, and a tent (if desired).
BEER & WINE WILL BE SOLD AT THE VENUE
**NO COOLERS ALLOWED**
This is a party with a purpose.
All proceeds will benefit Hart Youth Development Resource Association, H.Y.D.R.A. which offers year-round programs that provide support, education, and encouragement for local youth.
Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the gate. Kids 10 and under get in free.
Tickets are Non-Refundable.
