Headless Horseman of Hippie Hollow Halloween Party!
Here are the details for party of the year! Time to think about that Halloween costume and dress to win this years contest! We had a blast last year and we expect this year to be bigger and better! The crew at Rhythm & Brews appreciates our community and patrons. This years Halloween Party is for you!

The night will kick off with The Ole Band, a 5 member group that features the original music of Leo Sevostianof who was born in Estonia. In his early days he was devoted to classical guitar and progressive rock. Leo soon discovered Nuevo Flamenco and started The Ole Band, a flamenco/latin fusion band that would feature his original music. Next, an amazing trio of musicians from Sarasota will rock you with their innovative style of Rockin Blues. Pedro J Arevalo, Berry Duane Oakley, and Mike Fender will capture your attention quickly. These guys are pros and bring their raw talent to the stage. Their extensive and diverse backgrounds allows for much of their music is unscripted and is influenced by the heat of the moment.
Pedro Arevalo is a multi-instrumentalist (Bass/Slide Guitar) and vocalist and has a full resume of musical accomplishments. He has played with Dickey Betts and Great Southern and with Devon Allmans HoneyTribe.

Berry Duane Oakley is the son of Berry Oakley of the Allman Brothers. He grew up in Los Angeles with his step-dad, Chuck Negron (Three Dog Night). He has worked with numerous accomplished musicians in his incredible music career. He has toured with Robby Krieger (The Doors Band) and later joined Bloodline with Berry Oakley, Wayon Krieger, Lou Segreti, Joe Bonamassa and Erin Davis (son of Miles Davis). The Bloodline band toured with Lynyrd Skynyrd, Tesla, ZZ Top, Bad Company, Bob Dylan, Collective Soul, Eddie Money, Foreigner, B.B. King and many more. See his full bio on his website.

Mike Fender rounds out the Arevalo, Oakley, Fender Trio. Mike has been playing drums all is life and decided to make a career of it when he was 15. He currently plays with Pressure Dem and fills in with multiple musicians and bands around Sarasota.

The final band of the evening will be The Alex Zayas Band from Barcelona Spain. They made their dazzling debut at Rhythm & Brews last May when they were touring Florida. Those who attended that show have not forgotten what an amazing night that was. The Alex Zayas Band is a renown Blues band and has toured internationally. At the young age of 18, Alex was mentored by Hook Herrera (Govt Mule, Alvin Youngblood Hart, Kid Ramos, Denny Freeman) where he was able to play at the best festivals and clubs all over Europe. Later Alex started his own band, TNT, and released 3 albums. After TNT, he reinvented himself and shifted his identity to ZAYAS after a deep exploration to find a new path where he could fuse his past and present influences. Alex has toured and shared the stage with countless musicians and clubs in many countries. Most recently, Alex has been on tour with Larry McCray in the USA and Canada.
