Learn Tai Chi in the tranquil setting of The Huntington's gardens in this seven-part series led by instructor Kathy Chyan. In addition to Tai Chi, Qi gong and Meditation will be practiced.
Often described as "moving meditation" Tai Chi is widely practiced for its health and fitness benefits and can also relive stress and improve mental clarity. This class is suitable for beginning and intermediate students.
