Mick Moloney & Friends with opening act: Christa Burch
Its a Traditional Irish Music Celebration - the Annex is very proud to bring master folklorist and traditional Irish songman, Mick Moloney to the stage. Among much acclaim, Moloney holds a Ph.D in ethnomusicology and is instructor most recently at New York University. He has 40 albums behind him and has been host, consultant and performer on several PBS television programs. In 1999 he was awarded the National Heritage Award from the National Endowment for the Arts. With acclaimed guests plus opening act, Christa Burch (formerly of the Celtic contradance band, The Syncopaths), this night is not to be missed!
