YNYC Mixed Chorus presents: And On Earth
Please join YNYC for a holiday concert celebration: And On Earth.
With a focus on Peace, the evening will feature compositions by Morten Lauridsen, Arvo Pärt, John Tavener, J.S. Bach, and John Lennon, as well as traditional carols and spirituals to put you in the holiday spirit.
And On Earth is the first concert of YNYC's 2014-15 Instachromatic season, which uses the popular social image sharing app Instagram to transform the way the audience experiences music through virtual program notes. Audience members are invited to follow YNYC on Instagram (@ynyc) and view program-related images corresponding with each piece throughout the performance.

Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door.
Prior to the performance at 7:30 PM, YNYC Artistic Director Michael Kerschner will host a talkback about the decision to incorporate social media into this year's program.
