Think and Communicate Creatively Through Applied Improvisation
Learning the techniques and philosophy of improvisation is one of the most empowering ways to generate more creative energy that is then available for solving problems, dealing with stressful situations, taking on difficult dynamics in relationships and working at the top of our intelligence. This workshop will include exercises that can be used with any age group to generate a positive emotional atmosphere and cultivate the thinking and relationship skills associated with social-emotional learning. The creative "muscle" strengthened through these experiences are immediately transferable to real-life problems and struggles and the games and exercises can be easily and rapidly deployed to work in groups and classes for a variety of educational and clinical goals.
