Perpetual Light - Pacific Voices Winter Concert 2014
The popular Pacific Voices choir presents their 21st Annual Winter Concert "Perpetual Light", Saturday, December 20, 2014, 7:30 PM, at Peace United Church (formerly First Congregational Church), 900 High Street in Santa Cruz. Under the leadership of conductor Dr. Sean Boulware, this program is a collection of traditional and contemporary choral music for the season.
This concert features the soul stirring "Lux Aeterna" by renowned composer Morten Lauridsen - a five-movement requiem composed for his mother. Lauridsen weaves stunning harmonies of light that will continue to be performed a hundred years from now.
