~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
David Rubinstein has been praised for a combination of refined musical taste, formidable technique and probing interpretations of the works he performs. He will be performing his new transcription of Gustav Holst's The Planets, inspired by astrology and one of the great orchestral works of the 20th century.
His recordings have been critically acclaimed and appear regularly on the playlists of major broadcasting services including Classical24, K-Mozart (Los Angeles) and Pandora, with the most recent addition of LIVE365. He currently performs a wide range of repertoire from Bach and Scarlatti to the present and has recorded extensively. He has performed throughout the U.S. and Europe with California appearances including the Norton Simon Museum and the Crocker Museum.
"David Rubinsteinʼs fine musicianship combines formidable technique and virtuosity with a genuine understanding of the composersʼ work." -- New Classics
