Time Flies- an Orchestra Miami Family Fun Concert
Artist Eric Rohmann's award-winning picture book comes to life through a magical musical score that portrays a little bird caught in a dinosaur exhibit of a natural history museum. A wordless time-travel adventure and a meditation on the scientific theory that dinosaurs were the evolutionary ancestors of birds.
Scored for 13 musicians, conducted by Artistic Director Elaine Rinaldi. Performed with projected images from Mr. Rohmann's book. Recommended for children ages 3-10; duration 45-50 minutes
