RenMen Roots
Renaissance Men is Boston's all-new, all-male vocal chamber ensemble, with impassioned interpretation of under-appreciated polyphonic music spanning the centuries.
In our first concert series of the 2014-2015 season, November 7th at St. Paul's Brookline and November 9th at Old South Church's Gordon Chapel in the Back Bay, we are performing the works of American composers, including Copland, Gawthrop, Carnahan, Billings, Paulus, Templeton, Bliss, Thomson, and Tippett. We will also be performing several bluegrass pieces and the world premier of a commissioned work by Patricia Van Ness.
