O Great Mystery - Eastside Concert
The Kirkland Choral Society, under the direction of Dr. Glenn Gregg, presents its annual concert of music for the holidays. This year's program, called "O Great Mystery," uses the theme of the great and wonderful mystery that animals should be the first witnesses to the birth of the Christ-child. Beginning with Daniel Pinkham's Christmas Cantata, and ending with Bob Chilcott's arrangement of the 12 days of Christmas, the program will also include music by Ola Gjeilo, David Giardiniere, Aaron Copland, Eric Whitacre and Morten Lauridsen.
