The Tinklers with Coo Coo Rockin Time
The Tinklers have been performing in Baltimore since 1979. Â They had 3 CD's out from Shimmy Disc in New York and 2 CD's from Serious Records in Baltimore, and some EP's from Italy and Germany and Washington.
They have a new book out from Shattered Wig Review, The Elements.
Coocoo Rockin Time is a great Rock and Roll band made up of David Fair, Mark Jickling, Rick Dreyfuss, and John Dreyfuss of Half Japanese, and Charles Brohawn and Chris Mason of The Tinklers. Â
Coocoo Rockin Time released the CD 'Coocoo Rockin Time (50,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 Volts Records) in 1989.
In 2009 there will be a ÂDeluxe 20th anniversary re-release by the Thick Syrup Label, with cover versions of all the songs by Boister, The Lefties, R. Steve Moore, The Tinklers, Bald Mountain, and Frown Power. Â
Coocoo Rockin Time is one of the funniest, joyfullest, and rockingest bands around. Â
This will be their 7th gig in 20 years.
