Jim Curry Presents - The Music Is You
Jim Curry Presents the Music of John Denver at the Manitou Springs District Auditorium November 5th, 2014 at 7:00pm. Located at 110 Pawnee Ave., Manitou Springs, Colorado. 80829.
Jim Curry is the voice of John Denver in the Movie "Take Me Home: The John Denver Story". Jim and his band have performed in many of the nations top venues, like Colorado's Red Rocks, Indianapolis' Connor Prairie, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Cincinnati, Pacific, Orlando to name just a few of the symphonies and hundreds of performing arts centers across the nation and Canada. Joining him is a very special guest,John Sommers, author of 5 songs recorded by John Denver, the most famous one being "Thank God I'm a Country Boy"
A select group of students from Manitou Springs will also be joining Jim Curry and the band on a few selections.
All this for only 15 dollars that will help support the School's MSES Global Opus music program. So grab your friends and loved ones for a very fun night of uplifting music.
Additional FREE parking and shuttle service will be provided at the High School on 401 El Monte Place Manitou Springs, Colorado 80829.
