Synopsis:
The world is full of women who sidestepped retirement to pursue their passion. In this inspiring documentary, Emmy winner Elaine Madsen alongside her actress daughter, Virginia Madsen sits down with more than a dozen of them to document the amazing generation of women passionately engaged in vivid endeavors at a time when the world expects women to be reclining in rocking chairs.

It features Eartha Kitt, Rita Moreno and Lauren Hutton along with women in a wide variety of activities including a 95 year who water skis competitively, writers, artists, and business women and grandmothers relishing life.  The film offers its audience a look at the unexpected future awaiting us.

Review:
"I Know a Woman Like That" [is] transformative in the way it regards life from the perspective of age.  Director Elaine Madsen talks intimately with 16 women in their 70s or above, who didn't put life on pause but kept right on living.    --Roger Ebert.
