DC All-Stars Defense Clinic

Come join the nationally ranked DC All-stars for a defense clinic at Capital Clubhouse in Waldorf, MD!!

This clinic is open to men and women age 18 and older. Each participant must sign a waiver of liability and have full protective gear which includes: elbow and knee pads, wrist guards, a helmet, a mouth guard and quad roller skates.

The fine print:
Please print out your ticket or purchase confirmation and bring that paperwork to the clinic as proof of payment for your admission.

Doors will open 30 minutes prior to training start time each day. Please arrive early so training can start on time.

Participation is entirely voluntary and at one's own risk. EMT's will not be on site, but there are are hospitals and fire departments in the immediate vicinity.
