Port Angeles Symphony Orchestra Dress Rehearsal #1
Jonathan Pasternack will be our guest conductor and Marjorie Kransberg-Talvi (violin) our soloist for this exciting evening of Beethoven favorites: Egmont Overture, Symphony No. 6 in F, "Pastorale", and Violin Concerto in D, Op. 61.
Violinist Marjorie Kransberg-Talvi began studies at the age of five at the New England Conservatory of Music and made her first appearance as soloist with the New Hampshire Philharmonic at age nine. She has served as Concertmaster and Resident Artistic Director for the Northwest Chamber Orchestra since 1984 and is currently Concertmaster for the Pacific Northwest Ballet.
All tickets are General Admission.
