Miriam's Well

This dance troupe was inspired by a biblical legend of a well that followed the ancient Israelites throughout their forty years of wandering in the desert. This abundant source of water was attributed to Miriam's righteousness, and had the miraculous ability to heal physical and spiritual illness.

Miriam Peretz, Director and Choreographer, has created dance that interweaves music, poetry and sacred text that brings together the stories of the three visionary biblical women who gathered water from the universal well.
