Philharmonia Northwest opens its 2014-2015 season with a journey to northern Europe, featuring works of Estonian, Latvian and Finnish composers, including works of Sibelius and the West Coast premiere of Peteris Vasks's Flute Concerto by Seattle's own Paul Taub.

Philharmonia Northwest Outreach will feature the Seattle Flute Society Flute Quartet in a joint celebration of Philharmonia Northwest's season opener and the SFS Flute Celebration Day!
