1.  WARM UP:  Everyone begins with guided Chi Gong exercises.

2.  Each person has an opportunity to SHARE for 5 minutes.***

3.  After each sharing, everyone writes or draws simple APPRECIATIONS for the performer.  

Some POSSIBILITIES for sharing include telling a story - PLANNED OR IMPROVISED, reading poetry, singing, dancing, playing an instrument, sharing a piece of art.  

***You are welcome to simply observe instead of share.

EXPLORE YOUR CREATIVITY with curiosity and without judgment.

STEP OUT into new creative territory (i.e. if you're a dancer and wish to sing, try it!).

OPEN YOURSELF TO NEW POSSIBILITIES with others' creative shares.

BE SEEN with open-hearted attention.

TAKE HOME drawings and words of appreciation made by other participants that will uplift you!  

LEARN simple Chi Gong exercises you can practice on your own to release stress.  

Become more SPONTANEOUS.

Facilitated by Penina (Peggy) Horowitz.  "Penina's work with Expressive Arts is like nothing else.  So amazing.  She has a gift for helping you get in touch with what is truly your essence.  I highly recommend her classes and work!"  Tammy West  
Penina is a Play Facilitator with Advanced Graduate Studies in the Professional Applications of the Expressive and Creative Arts from Salve Regina University. She has been inspiring creativity in people of all ages for many years.  Penina plays congas in the band Las Gabacha-chas, loves to speak in accents and gibberish.  She is available for individual and group Expressive Arts sessions.  Her "Gifts of Grief" program enables people to transform their emotions through Art and Writing (Mandalas and Haiku).
