The League of Young Voters presents the 2009 Step Up To The Plate Awards

Give Portland-area youth the recognition they deserve at the League of Young Voters Education Funds second biennial Step Up to the Plate awards! This years theme, Doing More With Less, focuses on young people who are able to successfully overcome the recession by finding creative ways to sustain positive community ventures.
