Rick Greene Quartet
Rick has been an important member of the Portland jazz scene for over thirty years. He has also performed in New York City with the late jazz organist Brother Jack McDuff. Rick's quartet will feature mostly his original compositions in the styles of John Coletrane's modal music to Ornette Coleman's free jazz, to jazz standards. The band will include some of Portland's finest musicians including John Moak-trombone, Scott Steed-bass and Tim Rap-drums. We hope you can join us for an evening of music and joy!
