Step back in time and stroll through the streets of New Orleans' famed red light district, mingle with the madames, the corrupt lawmen, the ladies of questionable moral character, tap your feet to the beat of the popular early jazz songs of the era, and explore the fabled District.

Freaksheaux to Geaux's tireless proprietress, Kali von Wunderkammer has joined forces with Armitage Shanks, the Carny Preacher, and Sinner-Saint Burlesque's Jesse Belle-Jones to bring you an evening of immersive theatrical cabaret. Taking place in the fabulous Cafe Istanbul, Storyville Rising will combine burlesque, storytelling, cirque, vaudeville, spoken word performances, live music, and roving ambient performers to transport audience members deep into the darkened, lascivious heart of the nation's most famous vice district.
