2009-10-03a: Retrospective Shorts Program 1: From the Beginning of Time...
A decade since DC APA Film held its first film festival showcasing Asian Pacific American cinema in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, hundreds of short films have screened to audiences. They comprise a vital part of the festival and are representative of the future of filmmaking in our community.
