BAND CAMP/essex: Live Music & Camping
A musical weekend away in your own back yard. Literally.
Join us for the second annual BAND CAMP/essex, a weekend of live music, backyard camping, campfires and friends hosted by Peter Hoare and Cynthia Sweet on their sprawling property in Essex, MA.
Live music starts on Saturday afternoon at 1pm and runs into the night, followed by campfires and more fireside music. Guests can show up anytime after 11am on Saturday to stake their camping spot and start the party.
Suggested donation of $20 to cover the cost of musicians, extra restroom facilities, and a couple of kegs of beer.
Grills will be provided and guests should bring their own food for grilling and the adult beverages of their choice.
Musical lineup will include Brian Jarvis with Mike P, Joe Wilkins, Just Like Newman, John Feeks, and Chris Phillips to name a few.
Guests may invite responsible and respectful friends and family.
**In the event of really bad weather, BAND CAMP will take place the following weekend - August 30-31.**
