African Expression Dance Workshop Session II

November 4 to December 16, 2009 (six weeks-no class November 11)
Hedwig Dances presents the African Expressions Dance Workshop tuaght by instructor Amaniyea Payne, Artistic Director of Muntu Dance Theatre. The workshop provides an experience in natural rhythmic movements and incorporates traditional African dance, Caribbean dance and African American culture into the movement. The class awakens the senses through muscle toning, breathing exercises and movement, all to the accompaniment of live African drumming. All levels are welcome.
Fee: $85
