The Rabbit Show: Been Young For Longer

For the fourth year in a row The Rabbit Show in September will present works by dancers and choreographers over 50 who are still active in the field. No minimalist arthritic returns from retirement here. The Twin Cities are remarkable for the longevity of their dance artists. The 26 past performers have included such luminaries as Joe Chvala, Mary Easter, Becky Heist, Judith Howard, Judith Brin Ingber, Donald LaCourse, Jim Lieberthal, Laurie Van Wieren and Sharon Varosh, to name just nine of them. This show sells heavily, so plan ahead. And remember. None of us are getting older. We've just been young for longer than YOU have. Bring an older friend who hasn't seen much dance. Bring your Dad.
