Michael Allen Harrison at Bridal Veil Villa
The Franciscan Sisters of the Eucharist have graciously opened their lovingly renovated home for a spectacular event on September 20, beginning at 5PM. On this leisurely Sunday afternoon, you and your guests will wind your way into the Columbia River Gorge to a beautiful historic Villa at Bridal Veil.
You will be mesmerized by the sought after producer, composer, arranger, and Steinway Signature artist Michael Allen Harrison with his cutting edge, classical contemporary style as he performs for this one-of-a-kind event. With 40 CDs to his name, Michael is a world-renowned and locally-adored artist who has performed at the United Nations and The White House.
Designed by architect Morris H. Whitehouse, architect of the Columbia Gorge Hotel, the Sisters' two-story, Mediterranean style Villa was constructed in 1916. You and your guests will wander from the ballroom onto the terrace, then through the bowling green, enclosed gardens, and up a gravel trail to the incredible Coopy Falls. This evening will include a delightful array of hors d'oeuvres and an exquisite selection of wine.
Please join us Sunday, September 20, 2009, 5-7 p.m. Only 150 tickets will be sold at $75 each.
All proceeds will benefit the following World Vision projects supported by Columbia-Willamette Women of Vision and the Children's Relief Nursery:

Cambodia: Trauma Recovery Center for Trafficked and Sexually Exploited Children and Street Children Transformation Project
Mozambique: MozARK, Abstinence and Risk Avoidance Project
Honduras: Microenterprise Program
The Children's Relief Nursery, North Portland
