Saturday Family Concerts: Savannah Fuentes Flamenco
As a child, Savannah Fuentes was bored by school, aimless, and undisciplineduntil she took a flamenco dance class. Inspired by the passion and complexity of the dance and music and intrigued by its exotic history, Savannah immersed herself in intense study that eventually took her to Spain, and the birthplace of flamenco, Seville. Now, after years of study, she pours her talent, knowledge, and passion into Spain's signature dance. Presented as part of Town Halls Saturday Family Concerts Series, with Giant Magnet (formerly Seattle International Children's Festival).
