"Prepare ye" to see the sensational experience of Godspell in concert! Directed by Barbara Morash this upbeat musical version tells the story of Jesus and his disciples according to the Gospel of Matthew. During this fun-filled evening you will "learn your lessons well" through songs featuring the voices of talented singers; Kristen Baker, Megan Bisceglia, Emily Blatchford, Guy Chiapponi, Claire DeMarco, Linda Emmanuel, Alanna Fusco, Tawnya Kitts-Koester, Michael Liu and Kristyn Taylor. Accompanied by Erin McDermott leading the band and an enthusiastic chorus including: Marilyn Boynton, Larry Dunne, Haiyan Grzelak, Nancy Hanson, Katie Holahan, Leslie Lemerise, Susan Mrock, Thomas Mrock, Pam Ross, April Sinclair, Carole Spector, and Ron Testa, this powerful experience will leave you moved and inspired. Sponsored by the First Baptist Church of Melrose the proceeds of this fundraiser will be used to support their growing music program. Performances are Friday, August 1st at 8PM and Saturday, August 2nd at 2PM and 8PM.
