Recycled Materials Runway Show at Lexus

Enjoy a fun evening of magnificent fashion runway shows using recycled re-purposed materials during the "Recycle Materials Runway Event" featuring local and regional designers and artists. Multiple runway shows with Lux Ave., Bulldogge & co., and The Recycled Materials Event start at 7:15pm. VIP cabana seating begins at 6pm as well as vendor trunk shows,and the lexus lounge starting at 6:00pm. Proceeds benefit the non-profit Escondido Arts Partnership, a community space and the 'artist in schools' program.

Edgy Eco-decadent designers from across the state will gather in Escondido to preview their socially relevant arte-couture and prêt-a-porter designs. All garments and accessories are constructed, assembled and embellished using conventional and non-conventional elements including thrifted, reconditioned and trashed materials. This exciting evening combines visual arts, including film, and installations which are inspired by the re-using
of objects destined for landfills.
The Recycled Materials Runway Event features artwork
and fashion designs, with a focus on student and emerging fashion designers. Runway designers include members of Haute Trash collective, Bulldogge & co. repurposed American mens wear and leather goods.
