Our Instructors: Amy Anderson, PMA -CPT, is a Gold Certified Pilates Method Alliance teacher, and has been a Pilates instructor-trainer for over twenty years. A Dance Medicine Specialist and professional ballet dancer, Amy has developed a series of effective exercises and stretches that anyone can perform to aid in the prevention and rehabilitation of joint injuries.
Gregory Gonzales has an academic background in kinesiology, and decades' of experience as a professional dancer and dance instructor.
